Cancellation Policy – North West Dive Fest

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

🗓️ Cancellations by Attendees:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a £5 admin fee.
• 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund.
• 14 days or less before the event: No refund available. You may transfer your ticket to someone else – just email us in advance at info@bsacnwdivefest.co.uk.

🚫 No-shows:

No refund will be given if you do not attend and haven't let us know.

⚠️ If We Cancel:

If North West Dive Fest is cancelled or rescheduled (e.g. due to weather or safety concerns), we’ll offer you:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your ticket to a new date or future event.
